Chocolate smoothie bowl
One cannot have enough chocolate on a Monday morning. Refreshing, smooth and oh so chocolaty this bowl is! A favorite!
2 tsp almond butter
1.5 cup organic almond milk
1 tsp cocoa
1 cup frozen figs
Toppings: bee pollen, 2 tsp chocolate chips, 2 tsp coconut milk, hemp seeds.
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with melted chocolate, bee pollen and hemp seeds or topping of your choice. To melt the chocolate, add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a pan and heat until melted and smooth while stirring constantly. Let it cool a few minutes before adding to the smoothie.
